Never had bad food from here kebabs are excellent, generous portions and the staff are always friendly and polite. The staff have always been brilliant with my sons and would recommend to anyone

A-OK. The best term to summarise Kent Road Fish Bar, in my opinion anyway.
Sponsors of my under 12-football team, all those years ago, this particular fish & chip bar used to substitute Sunday dinner for the Kilgallon family, on an unfortunately regular basis.
Over time, the Sunday dinner came back with vengeance and kicked Kent Road into touch.
I have since visited the fish bar only one, last week to be precise and I must admit, consistency is key, and yet again it was A-OK.
I'm not a huge fan of fish & chips anyway, but reasonable prices, friendly chatty staff and fair portions all count in favour of Kent Road, for those who can't get enough of their fish & chips. -

Been a few times and never had a bad experience. Food is always good !!!!! One of the better chip shops in the area

The food hear normally tastes fairly good and they give you a decent amount. Their kebabs are nice along with most of their pies and fish etc also the staff are very friendly and seem to be constantly cheerful and the prices for the most part are very reasonable.
They have a good location as it is fairly easy to park (except for peak rush hour) and the wait is never longer than 3 to 4 minutes.
Also the owner towards the end of the night just starts throwing in extra food for free.
Good place.
